enough cabinet space for us and all of the neighbors

I mean, REALLY. Who needs this much cabinet space? Not to mention, the island is full of drawers, and directly behind where I was standing when I took this is a huge buffet full of more space. We have EMPTY CABINETS. We have never in our entired married existence had extra cabinet space.

The funniest thing about this is that while we have all of this cabinet space, Mark and I have to share one teeny weeny little bedroom closet (which he totally organized and sorted by color this week, might I add.)

The moving process is coming along. I anticipate that we still have several weeks of unpacking to go. My bare, picture-less walls are KILLING ME. The house is *starting* to feel like home, despite its many quirks and imperfections. The thing I love most about it is how bright and sunny it is compared to our last house. The light just pours in, and it makes me feel happy. I'll post more pictures as we get settled in...
