A few quick shots of Gray. I went to his school thsi week to do headshots of his whole class for an auction project I'm working on. Gray was totally embarrassed that I was there... I'm assuming that weird feeling you got as a kid when you'd see your teacher out at the mall or something, and felt slightly freaked out with the reality that she was a real person. Gray acts that way when I'm at his school... like there is something so totally wrong with his mom being there - in HIS place - with her camera slung around her neck making his friends laugh for pictures.

He of course couldn't give me ALL smiles. The crazy face was the first one he gave me. Considering he has been going through a crossed-eyes-on-purpose phase, I think I totally lucked out with the smiling-right-at-the-camera one.

He's really been blossoming lately... saying all kinds of things to make us laugh and realize that he has been such an observer all along. This week was Valentine's day, and he asked Mark to put a Superman tattoo (from the Valentine's that he gave out) on his hand so he could go to school to "show the guys."
